We are a 6 generation York Beach family having deep roots in the "Concordville'" area of  the Nubble.  The property upon which our rental homes are located was purchased in the 1860’s by Carlos B. Moseley, my great-grandfather, one York's first settlers.  Since building our homes and starting this venture in 2007, our greatest joy has been meeting and getting to know our guests who have come from near and far.
